Showrooming is not a new concept. Even the name brings up visions of 1960's Detroit auto shows where new models were unveiled. Multiple dealerships in the same area offered the same product, most likely at very similar prices. They had to establish a value for their customers beyond the sticker price, and that is exactly what businesses need to be focused on today.
