He's the author of "Attenzi - a social business story" (www.attenzi.com), and "The Business of Influence: Reframing Marketing and PR for the Digital Age" (Wiley). He's a special advisor to the Association for the Measurement and Evaluation of Communications, and the Social Media Measurement Standards Conclave. He assisted the complete 2013 rewrite of WOMMA’s Influencer Guidebook, and Salesforce.com named him one of their #SocialSuccess European Team ‘first eleven’.
